Strengthen client relationships with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Connected solutions for Wealth Management, Banking and Insurance

Wealth managers, banks, and insurers need easy access to customer information across accounts, relationships, and policies. When this information is spread across systems, teams may spend time searching for the right details. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud brings this information together, helping advisors, banking teams, and agents manage customer relationships from one place.

From onboarding new customers to managing accounts, loans, and policies, we connect Financial Services Cloud with the systems your teams already use.

Financial Services Cloud in action

Here are two examples of what we’ve built with Financial Services Cloud, as part of the broader wealth management and insurance services we deliver.

Seamless client onboarding in wealth management

When a prospective client explores financial services and submits an inquiry, moving them from first contact to an active account can involve manual handoffs between advisors, paperwork, and custodians.

How it works

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud manages the journey from lead capture through account opening. Automated workflows and integrations guide prospects through advisor assignment, digital account opening, secure e-signature, and account activation with the selected custodian. This gives advisors a complete relationship view while providing clients with a smooth, personalized onboarding experience from their first interaction through ongoing service.

Policy management and synchronization

Insurance policy data lives in an Agency Management System (AMS), while client relationship data is managed in Salesforce. Keeping both systems in sync manually can lead to errors and outdated records.

How it works

The Agency Management System is integrated with Salesforce, so policy details sync automatically from the AMS into Salesforce, while policyholder contact information syncs back from Salesforce to the AMS. When a policy is created or updated in the AMS, the information is sent to Salesforce, which then keeps the associated policyholder details aligned in the AMS. This helps both systems reflect the latest policy and customer information.
