- AVASOFT worked on custom workflows and plugins to meet the business requirements.
- Work around was applied SMTP configuration to overcome emails that had attachments. CRM SDK was used to create the MS Dynamics CRM custom workflows and plugins.
- Leveraged OOTB workflows to record status change as requested by Customer by using latest APIs from SDK package.
- Worked closely with multiple teams of DFC for the development and testing to deployment and deliver the output.
- Handled complex failure scenarios for Emails which will be sent to Customer Service Representative (CSR).
