- We integrated Active Directory (AD) as the client was using the same for listing and controlling software access in the environment.
- To automate license procuring, we integrated Purchase Order (PO) with the system and automate of the license renewal workflow was also done
- We address the issues by performing bulk load entitlements. For bulk loading allocations we built custom functionality.

- More than 1000+ auto requests were completed and saved more than $50,000 by removing old software.
