- The existing application which the client used did not have Standard Governance Practices and transparency in the shared records and functionalities.

- We identified that the current process the client was using wouldn’t fit in for the ITBM Suite functionalities for standardizing governance and reporting.
- Hence, we planned and organized multiple training workshops for the client’s team to demonstrate various ITBM modules in detail.
- We explained everything about the best practices with an example and suggested ways to leverage and use the NOW platform.
- We removed the modules that wouldn’t be used for implementation and implemented the in-scope applications with agility.
- We tested, adjusted and made all the necessary changes to make the process and workflows effective fitting best for the client’s requirements.
- ServiceNow applications were implemented with their existing ITSM application by our team.
- We also worked on developing a standard plan that enables all the users preferred way of tracking the activities and completing them.
