Migration of data from SAP to Microsoft SharePoint 2013
- The call centers of a particular business division of the client had to upload their IVR transaction files from their respective centers to a common file server.
- These files will be extracted and inserted into the Data warehouse environment using ETL Technology (SSIS).
- These packages are available with the client and we had to quickly understand and take over the maintenance. During the maintenance the KT was given to work on aggressive schedules.
