With the increasing demand of faster and transparent reporting, finance departments are aiming at reducing the data compilation time in order to provide high quality information faster.
- Often, senior level management at these companies are traveling and unable to easily access dashboards on a laptop. Even when using mobile device to look for specific metrics or a report, it’s difficult for them to search or filter through existing reports. To resolve this issue, they needed a solution that could make the process of filtering and searching for metrics through the reports both easy and efficient.
How Avasoft helped?
- Avasoft worked closely with the reporting team. This architecture demanded intense work with Apple’s iOS. SIRI was not comprehensive enough and hence we had to directly work with Apple’s Speech Kit. The entire module was designed to interpret conversations using the Speech Kit.
- The app thus developed for Rexnord’s business team will interpret business questions and provide graphical insights. Since this business questions involved combination of words we have used ML algorithms to exactly match the BI insights and provide the right graphical representation.
- To enhance graphical representation for on Tablets and Smartphones, we used Tableau to give a highly visual experience. The system questions the user to accrue enough information for it to provide a result. Once enough information is available, the mobile app interacts with the existing system and replies with the result in both text and voice.
